You've put in the work, built the skills, and earned real credibility in your field, but when someone lands on your website or scrolls past your content, that's not what they see.
You know the feeling. You share your link and immediately want to explain it:
"I'm in the process of updating things."
Then AI came along and you thought, finally, something that can help you create content faster and actually keep up, but the output keeps coming back generic.
It doesn't sound like you...
It doesn't look like you...
Because AI doesn't know your brand, and honestly, you haven't documented it in a way that anything could work from, including yourself.
They're not more talented than you. They just made a set of brand decisions once and built a system around them, so they don't have to remake those decisions every time they sit down to create.
Their colors have defined roles, their fonts work together on purpose, and their voice is clear enough that they could hand it to a team member, a contractor, or an AI tool and get something back that actually sounds like them.
I call that document your Brand Brain. It captures who your brand is, how it looks and sounds, and what it should do (and never do), all in one place that becomes the single source of truth for everything you create going forward, including AI.
Having this kind of consistency isn't a design skill. It's a brand system, and it's exactly what you're going to build inside this bootcamp.

Without a Brand System
Every post starts from scratch
You pick colors and fonts by feel and it's different every time
AI gives you generic output that doesn't sound like you
Your content looks different depending on the day you created it
You cringe a little when someone asks for your link
Creating anything takes longer than it should
Your online presence doesn't reflect the level you're actually at
With a Brand System
Every post starts from a set of decisions you've already made
Your colors, fonts, and visual style are defined and have clear roles
AI creates content that actually sounds and looks like your brand
Your content feels cohesive no matter where someone finds you
You share your link with real confidence
Creating branded content takes minutes instead of hours
Your online presence finally matches your expertise
— Leslie Little

I spent 15 years working behind the scenes for another agency, making their brand look incredible. I was great at what I did, but while I was busy building someone else's business, mine was completely invisible.
When the company I contracted with was sold, I had to build my own brand publicly for the first time. So I built it.
Along the way, I discovered that the problem for most small business owners is almost never talent or effort. It's that the foundational brand decisions have never been made with real strategy, or they've never been documented in a way that makes them usable day to day.
When AI started gaining traction, I jumped right in and started building tools to help my clients use their brands better. It changed everything. I got my time back, my content sounded like me, and I could do things I used to think required a whole team. That's when I realized this was the missing piece for the women I work with too.
They didn't need more brand elements. They just needed a system that organized what they already had and AI tools that knew how to use it.
So I built this bootcamp.
In week one, you'll define the strategic core of your brand: who you help, what problem you solve, what makes you different, and the transformation your clients experience when they work with you. These aren't branding exercises for the sake of filling out a worksheet. These are the decisions that every visual choice, every piece of messaging, and every AI-generated output will be built on going forward.
Most business owners skip this step or answer these questions so vaguely that there's nothing solid to build on, which is exactly why their content, their messaging, and their brand presence feel inconsistent. When the foundation is clear, everything else gets easier to make and easier to maintain. When it's not, you're remaking every creative choice from scratch every single time.
You'll leave this session with your brand foundation documented and ready to build on for the rest of the bootcamp, and you'll understand why AI can't produce anything useful for your brand until these decisions are made.
In week two, you'll define the visual identity of your brand: your personality traits, your color palette with defined roles for each color, your typography, your image style, your supporting elements/patterns, and your overall creative direction. You'll learn how to think like an art director, which means setting the visual standard so that anything created for your brand stays consistent and intentional, whether you're the one making it, a contractor is, or AI is.
You'll also see what happens when you give AI vague visual direction versus giving it specific brand guidelines. The difference is dramatic and it's the exact reason most AI-generated content looks so generic. When your visual standard is clear and documented, AI becomes a tool you can actually direct with confidence instead of something that produces random output you have to fix every time.
You'll leave this session with a complete visual identity system and the creative direction skills to maintain it, even as AI design tools get more capable every month.
In week three, you'll define your brand voice: the tone you use, the rules that keep it consistent, the content patterns that make your writing recognizable, and the messaging themes your audience should hear again and again. You'll get specific about what your brand should always do, what it should never do, and how your voice shifts across different platforms.
Then you'll take everything from weeks one through three and build your Brand Brain. This is the single document that teaches AI how to accurately and consistently represent your business.
You'll test it live during the session and see the difference between AI output without a Brand Brain and AI output with one. It's the moment where this entire bootcamp clicks into place.
In week four, everything comes together. You'll pull your brand decisions into a clean, usable style guide, finalize your Brand Brain, and install it as a permanent AI skill so it's active in every conversation going forward. You'll also set up your brand inside the tools you use to create content, so everything is loaded and ready whenever you need it.
This is the week where your brand stops living in your head and starts working for you in a real, practical way.
You'll walk away with a complete brand system, a working Brand Brain installed in your AI tools, and everything set up so that creating on-brand content is genuinely fast.

I know what this bootcamp is worth because I've seen what happens when these brand decisions finally get made. I'm not worried about refunds. I don't want anything to stand in the way of your decision to join!
If you have a logo, colors, and fonts, you're ahead of a lot of people. But having brand pieces and having a brand system are two very different things. If you're still second-guessing your creative choices, spending too long on every post, or getting generic output from AI, it means those pieces aren't connected into something usable yet. This bootcamp takes what you already have and turns it into a system that works for you every day, including teaching AI how to use it.
You don't need to be. This bootcamp is about making brand decisions and organizing them clearly. The AI part comes naturally once your brand is documented because at that point you're just handing AI a set of instructions you've already written. I walk you through every step live, and you'll be surprised how straightforward it feels when the brand work is done first.
Each session is 90 minutes, once a week. You're not doing hours of homework between sessions. You're building your brand system live during the calls and walking away with the work done. Replays are included if you need to miss a week. The time you'll save once your brand system exists and AI can actually create on-brand content for you will pay back those six hours many times over.
Four live sessions on May 20, 27, June 3, 10. Each one is 90 minutes. VIP members stay for an additional 60 minutes of hot seat coaching after each session. Replays are included with your enrollment so you can revisit anything you need to.
No. This bootcamp was designed specifically for business owners who are not designers. You're learning to make brand decisions and direct creative output, not to design graphics. If you can run a business, you can absolutely do this.
You need a business. You don't need a finished brand. Some participants will come in with a logo, colors, and fonts that just need to be organized into a real system. Others will come in with very little and build from the ground up during the bootcamp. Both starting points work because the process is the same: clarify, define, document, and systematize.
Especially. Using AI for occasional tasks is a completely different experience from giving AI a Brand Brain and having it produce content that actually matches your business. If your AI output currently sounds generic, this bootcamp fixes that by giving AI the context it needs to represent you specifically.
Replays are available for all tiers. General admission members get 30-day access and VIP members get 2-month access. That said, the live sessions are where the real-time feedback happens, and the hot-seat coaching is only available live for VIP members. I'd strongly recommend attending if you can.
All you need is access to an AI tool like Claude or ChatGPT and a Canva account. Free versions of both will work. If you want to take things further, a $20/month pro account lets you save your Brand Brain permanently so it's always active in every conversation, but it's not required to get the full value out of this bootcamp. We'll walk through all of it during the sessions.
If you have a business and a brand that needs to show up consistently online, yes. I've designed this for coaches, consultants, wellness practitioners, educators, and service-based business owners. The brand system you'll build works regardless of your specific niche because the principles behind it are universal.
General admission gives you the full training, 30-day replays, and community access. VIP adds four 60-minute hot seat coaching sessions (one after each training), 2-month community and replay access. The biggest difference is the hot-seat coaching, where VIP members get direct feedback from me on their specific brand work.
